Transportation

• There is a group transportation service to Ocean Pines Association clubs, weekly transportation to grocery stores and shopping at scheduled times, which is included in the condominium fee.
• Personal transportation is available to the residents going anywhere in Ocean Pines, Berlin or Ocean City, MD. This optional service will need to be scheduled in advance.
• The cost for personal transportation is determined on an individual basis.
  

• The concierge will attempt to make contact with the resident daily by phone or in person.
• An emergency response pendant is available to each person living in the residence. The cost is a one-time fee of $75 (does not include monthly monitoring).
